Madonna Doyle is a passionate communicator with a background in mass media, community radio and corporate communication. She currently heads Madonna Doyle and Associates Limited her own firm in providing customized solutions for individual, team, and organizational communications issues. Madonna is a leader of leaders and has been involved in several pioneering initiatives that have transformed the lives of countless and positively influenced the ministry of faith-based organisations in Trinidad & Tobago.
Mrs. Doyle brings a vast treasure trove of experience and qualifications in the areas of Communications. She holds a Masters in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester, and has graduated from the University of the West Indies, with both a B.Sc. in Social Sciences (Hons.) and a post–graduate Diploma in Mass Communications (Distinct.) She is a graduate of the US Telecommunications Training Institute earning diplomas in Telecommunications.
Madonna is a graduate of the Robert Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership; a certified John Maxwell Corporate Leadership trainer, certified Myers Briggs Typologist, coach and trainer in Emotional Intelligence certified by the Emotional Intelligence Training and Research Institute (EITRI).
Mrs. Doyle and her team help clients develop mastery in Communications – Speechwriting, Coaching, Storytelling; Written Communication – Business, Technical, Corporate & All Media; Spoken Communications – From Briefings to keynote Presentations; Interpersonal Communications – Team building, Meeting management, Leveraging Influence; Listening & Interviewing Skills, Leading self and others and Achieving work life harmony.
Her community involvement is heading The Foundation for Healing Conversations and they are currently engaging a community in south Trinidad in a process of transformation.
Mrs. Doyle provides motivational keynotes and is a poet, dramatist and an author with three (3) publications under her belt. A wife and mother of two, Madonna describes herself as a walking miracle attributing her work-life-ministry balance to her husband Elton and the responsibilities of nurturing her blessings, Precious Destiny and Samuel David.
